This is great for our children who like to chew either on their shirts 
or most toys and objects you offer them. We believe that they are 
mouthing and chewing objects for a reason- that it is helping them in 
some way. It often helps chidlren who are not speaking yet feel their 
mouths so that they can begin to form words more easily.

We would  suggest that you offer your child this to chew on every time 
he chews on a toy, this way he gets to interact with the toy, and take 
care of his sensory needs of chewing, but chewing on the chew toy 
instead.
